Kenya’s fashionista, Diana Opoti has been offered the chance to “document fashion history together” with the organisers of Heineken Lagos Fashion And Design Week.

The now iconic face known for her Pan-African fashion campaign, ‘100 Days Of African Fashion’, will be one of the fashion ambassadors at this year’s The Celebratory Issue of the fashion event set for October 28 to 31.

According to her appointment letter, Diana will get a “guaranteed VIP front row seat, lounge and after-party access, plus exclusive passes to the glamorously chaotic LFDW backstage to capture your favorite behind-the-scene moments with our creative team and designers as your followers live vicariously through your #HeinekenLFDW2015 experience.”

It further reads, “As an Ambassador, you will be engaging with the larger LFDW community providing your unique and enlightened perspective. We look forward to partnering with you as we document fashion history together.”

The Heineken LFDW will take over Lagos, bringing the spirit of fashion to the African continent, as they showcase what’s new for Spring/Summer 2015.

The Celebratory Issue is set to be the most exciting edition yet, with over 4000 fashion insiders, including buyers, retailers, international press, celebrities, models, and special guests.
