What To Expect From Designers & Models At Ecowas Fashion Week 2015

All eyes on Republic of Benin as top models,fashion designers and stylists will converge for what is expected to be the biggest fashion in the country this year.Ecowas Fashion Week is a product of Isis Models founder,Joan Okorodudu.

Gistmaster gathered that the government of the country is elated that the country would be hosting the colourful event. The fashion week will hold between August 28 and 30, 2015 at the Beach Resort,Cotonou.

Speaking on the event, Okorodudu said “Trust me, the event is going to be the best they have ever seen”. She told Gistmaster that preparations is in top gear.Expected at the shows are well known known international style writers and media outlets.

The Ecowas fashion week is a unification of some sort for fashion and style industry practitioners in West Africa. After years of organizing the Nigeria Next Supermodel and giving out cars to winners,Okorodudu also took up the challenge of putting together Africa International Fashion Week (AIFW)

The event will pull a lot of resources and further open up the tourism potentials of Republic of Benin to the outside world. On what to expect from models and designers at the 2015 Ecowas Fashion Week, the organizers said it will be showing of new collections with class and creativity.The models will also strut the runway as though they were born on it.
